    Did the chicken pieces get smaller?!!  I order the 5 chicken plate meal. I'm traveling; so figured I'd take 2-3 pieces with me to munch on the road and not make another stop for food till I get to my destination. Not possible. I gave this place 3 stars bc the food was hot and good.  The girl that took my order was pretty friendly.  The girl that hand out the food - not so much. And she didn't make sure I had the whole order.  Had to ask for my slaw. That brought the rating down to 3.

    I was going to get one of the salads but glad I didn't. The one I saw was not to appealing.

    I've given this place several chances so I'm a little embarrassed to say that I tried it again and yet again I am disappointed!!!!!!customer service has a lot to be desired the quality of food is ridiculously awful!!!! I ordered the chicken plate meal that was greasy and fried extremely hard close to burnt The fries were beyond greasy I squished one and grease just squirted out the bread was too soggy I asked for no seasoning salt and guess what I got .....seasoning salt the container that she gave me was slightly opened just awful awful awful awful overall I give Zaxby's a failing grade F++++++

    The atmosphere is un welcoming, the drink machine area smells like mold, the tables and floors dirty..  the rug by the door is COMPLETELY soaked and I almost slipped when walking away from it.. took over 30 min to get my order which shouldn't have been very difficult, employees attitudes were as if they didn't care much about their jobs. Chicken on my salad was so beyond dried out it was hard to chew and wound up throwing away over half the salad..

    The food is great and priced fairly.  It is even better now that they have several meals for $5.  They have the drink machines so you get your choice of over 100 drink options.  There is sometimes a wait to order but not long and the staff is generally friendly.  It is very clean.

    I am a very frequent customer! I came in and ordered one salad and an order of fries and it took the kitchen 35 minutes to jumble that up. The supervisor in charge was not helpful and the dining experience is below average. The dining room was unkempt and not properly stocked. I would not recommend this location to any type of customer! Shoutout to Demetrius for not being helpful at all! New Hiring Class Needed!!
